Mr. Mehrdad Tajbakhsh founded an Education Advisor Services company called IRAN IIE in 2001. The mission was to assist leaders of educational and cultural organizations develop or improve programs through planning, design and evaluation. Another value is that full time educational leaders from time to time need an extra hand or another pair of eyes to envision the future and examine all aspects of the proposals that leaders so often receive and must analyze.
