Description

I collaborate with students and their families to identify the best educational environment and then support them throughout the academic process.

My passion to work with international students is a direct result my experience as a university lecturer teaching English as a Second Language in the Middle East and as an ESL Instructor in Asia. This work has taught me that a core leadership value is being an active listener. I understand the value of helping students examine their core values as they learn and collaborate with other professionals. In my role, I teach students to sources their findings through research, develop realistic goals and strive to be the best in their chosen academic career. I understand the relevant questions, actively listen to the concerns of students and families then collaborate with them to ensure success.

My previous work experience includes teaching business English to corporate clients, an area representative with ASSE, a high school J-Visa student exchange program, university lecturer, high school literature teacher and freelance writer and editor.
