Rouham Manzoor is the Managing Partner and Chief Counselor of MACES and country representative of Deutsche Welle, Germany. MACES is a leading education consultancy firm in Bangladesh working with more than 130 universities across 9 countries. He is very passionate about the development of Bangladesh through education of its youth. Prior to MACES, Mr. Manzoor was looking after the Non-Banking Financial Institution portfolio of Citibank, N.A, Bangladesh. He also experience in the development sector working for a USAID project. Mr. Manzoor has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
