Beijing Western Returned Scholars Association Consulting Center (WRSACC) operates under the Western Returned Scholars Association (WRSA) and Chinese Overseas-Educated Scholars’ Association (COESA). The WRSACC acts like a bridge and a link to keep in good information exchange for the vast WRSA’s members and the overseas-educated Chinese. It is qualified to conduct overseas service at the students’ own expenses and to offer overseas affairs service, both of which are approved by the state.
