Shanxi Education Service Center for Scholarly Exchange (SECIE)

Shanxi Education Center for International Exchange is a legal institution directly under Shanxi Provincial Education Department. It is the national first batch of qualified study-abroad agencies certified by Ministry of Education of China. It is also a specialized overseas study service agency with the longest history and best reputation in Shanxi Province. We organize educators to have overseas training and educational visit. We organize high school students to have Summer (Winter) Camp Programs in English-speaking countries as well. At the same time, we offer assistance in establishing cooperative relationships with foreign institutions for all-level schools in Shanxi Province.

Since getting study abroad qualification in 2000, we have signed agreements on sending Chinese students to study abroad with many language schools, colleges and universities in the UK, US, Australia, Canada, Singapore, Russia, Japan and so on. We have sent thousands of Chinese students at all levels to study in all kinds of overseas universities up to now. At present, we have established long-term cooperative relationships with many official institutions, such as Cultural and Education Section of Foreign Embassy in China, Ministry of South Australia, Canadian International Education Center as well as some famous universities, high schools and other education institutions abroad. We have won high praise from all social walks of life.

                                     In July 2010, audited by Shanxi Provincial Education Department, the name of Shanxi Education Center for International Exchange was changed to Shanxi Educational Service Center for Scholarly Exchange, which was approved by the Ministry of Education of China. The qualification number and the nature of work keep unchanged.
