Ryugaku Journal Inc., (formerly known as ICS) is the largest study abroad agency in Japan with over 40 years of experience. Ryugaku Journal joined forces with AEON, a leading English language school network in 2003. Ryugaku Journal promotes cultural exchange through counselling, travel arrangements, visa processing and job placement services. Ryugaku Journal sends over 5,000 students annually.
