a&f was established in 1998 with the aim of servicesing to students and professionals who wish to study or learn language in abroad. a&f is located in Istanbul - Besiktas. Our company is a member of UED ( The Association of Inetrational Educational Counsellors). We are an EnglishUK Partner Agency and one of the  authorized agents for Quality Agency. To our clients who wish to stuy abroad, we offer Language Courses, University Programs, Certificate and Diploma Programs, Executive Courses, Exam Preparation Courses (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.) and Summer Schools.
