Founded in 1999 in Hanoi, Vietnam. HTQT has more than 18 years of experience in enrolling Vietnamese students for studying aboard in various universities at Singapore, Hongkong, Korean, Japan, Canada, ... and we are one of the trusted and highly appreciated organisation amongst both the universities and student's families.  We often participate job fairs, educational exhibition held by Hanoi Youth Union and embassies. HTQT has been awarded several times by Hanoi local authorities due to our contribution on national education.
