Wingman Limited Company

Wingman Limited Company is set up to be a supporter from Vietnam for both foreign and local partners. Two  majors Wingman wants to focus on are Trade Promotion (especially in Education) and Organizing Your Business Trip or Travel Plan or Transportation only. Our slogan is "With intelligence and gentleness, maximize all needs". Wingman’s working purpose is making you succeed.

Our services include:

1. Marketing services:

Our approach is to ensure messages about your Institution (including your programs) shall be communicated across educational consultants, education providers and particularly potential students in Vietnam.

1.1. Digital marketing:

Website:

A new portal for prospective students shall be developed as part of your main website. This will include a complete review of the content available for Vietnamese students with the link to relevant sections of your main website. New content, including images and videos to appeal Vietnamese students (e.g. interview of successful Vietnamese who studied at your Institution) shall also be added.

Social Media:

A new Facebook Fan-page of your Institution in Vietnam shall be developed and promoted. Posts about your Institution shall be made available on Instagram and Google ads. Posts on social networking sites of student clubs from those colleges/universities with high percentage of students studying abroad (if applicable)

1.2. Offline marketing:

Coffee talk shall be arranged between your institution and prospective students to promote your brand awareness, studying programs or in any specific events (e.g. scholarship contest) Workshop on some specific topics with the participation of prospective students and your Institution as a presenter.

1.3. School visit

Build relationships between your Institution and prospective colleges/universities so that when there are potential students, your Institutions are prioritized to recruit. Arrange for a presentation of your Institution to students at prospective colleges/universities.  Deliver your Institution’s materials to prospective colleges/universities

2. Administrative services:

2.1. Translation and material management

Translation:

Arrange for translation of your Institution’s materials as well the as student’s application from English to Vietnamese and vice versa. Arrange for translator to help you during special events in Vietnam (e.g. educational fairs, school visits, talk-shows)

Material management:

We can give advice and help design your materials, including brochures, posters, flyers and souvenirs to be used in Vietnam We could arrange for a printing of your materials as well as producing souvenirs on your behalf. We can have all materials and souvenirs stored in accordance with your instruction and delivered to your required locations.

2.2. Transportation and visit

Assistance to the student's family:

We could assist parents of Vietnamese students currently studying in your Institution to get a visa to visit students in your country. Air-ticket and tour booking services are also available.

Assistance to representatives of your institution in Vietnam

We can provide advices on hotels in convenient distance to your special events (e.g. hotels near educational fairs) Car-rental shall be arranged during your representatives’ time in Vietnam. A customized tour can be made for your representative to enjoy the trip in Vietnam and better understand the country.
