Shine Consultancy was established in the year 2003 with a sole purpose of providing an unbiased and honest opinion to the people who had dreams of pursuing their higher education abroad and also assisting people, who cherished the dreams of migrating to foreign shores. Since our inception, we have helped more than 2000 students and professionals realize their dreams of studying abroad and settling in overseas countries.

Acknowledging our effort in the field, British Council India has awarded us the status of Test Registration Centre for IELTS and recognized us as Silver Member of British Council IELTS Partnership Programme in India.

Mumbai Office is located at Borivali, a bustling and developed suburb of Western Mumbai (India) with a population of more than 1.3 million people. The place is home to more than 25 colleges and 50 high schools with a rich student population.

Delhi Office is located at Fateh Nagar, it’s a developed suburban area in West Delhi, India. it has a population of more than 2.5 million people. The place is home to more than 25 high schools and 15 colleges, It is approximately twenty kilometers from the New Delhi Railway Station and seventeen kilometers from the Indira Gandhi International Airport.
