Joe has worked with the Australian Government’s Department of Immigration and Citizenship (aka Department of Home Affairs) as a Case Officer and a Senior Case Officer making decisions on a wide variety of visa categories and citizenship applications, and in the migration advice industry helping both individuals and employers with their visa and sponsorship applications.

Additionally, Joe has over ten years’ experience as an accomplished strategic business partner, including tenures as non-executive directors for local community organisations, and has proven leadership experience in identifying business needs and solutions for small, medium and large organisations across both Public and Private sectors.
