Abacus Study Abroad

Abacus Study Abroad is an educational counseling agency, located in the heart of Istanbul since 2014. We have a communication office in New Jersey, USA to have better and faster communication with our J1 sponsors, partners, and employers, and to assist our students during their stay in US.

We are passionate, mission‐driven, and committed to delivering the absolute best in international exchange and study abroad programs. We represent several cultural exchange programs, work and travel, internship, summer school, language school and university programs, group language‐certification‐training programs for business world supported by chamber of commerce and businessmen associations.

We actively take part in student counseling activities and help students to find their “path in life” in accordance with their skills, aims and capabilities. Our company send hundreds of students abroad and is an expert about promoting cultural exchange and study abroad programs in every branch of media. We have strong and close relations and collaborations with schools, universities, institutes, NGOs, and governmental bodies at each level of Turkish Educational System. We have a wide market channel in Turkey. We have student representatives in Turkish universities, we often go on campus and represent our company on site. We organize, sponsor and/or participate conferences and events on student travel sector for administrators, educators, and teachers. We attend student fairs to recruit our prospective students for the program. We also participate most of youth/student festivals. We publish articles, interviews and news on many national press and media.

ABACUS is a member of WYSE (World Youth and Student Educational) Travel Confederation and AmCham (American Chamber of Commerce) in Turkey.

ABACUS is also an ICEF Trained Agent.
