Our mission is to develop and foster educational excellence and opportunity for all learners through collaboration and leadership.  We work to support the efforts of schools and school districts with high quality, research-based, and collaborative solutions to ensure that every student has the opportunity to achieve his or her full potential.  We believe that the emotional and social development needs of children and youth must be addressed if they are to succeed in school, and consequently, in life.  We work to address gaps in programs and services and to build and enhance capacity and access for vulnerable students who are not fully successful in traditional settings because of their unique and individualized needs.  Our work begins with agreements: shared goals and mutual accountability.
