I.C.T. Co., Ltd. is a Tokyo based travel agency established in 1981. For over 20 years we have been offering Japanese clients study abroad programmes. At present we send students to Ireland, the UK and Malta. We have a local office in Dublin. We offer a wide range of programmes from standard general English to university degree courses. We cater to various age groups, young professionals, high school and university students, English teachers, senior citizens, etc. Each year, we produce our own brochure and we have our own website. We provide free counselling at our office, by telephone or by email.
