SmartStudy, co-founded by Xiaoliang Wei, ShaochengZhai, and XuGuozhang Foundation, is an education enterprise dedicated to providing customers with “one-stop high quality international education”. SmartStudy obtained Round-A strategic investment of 10.6 million USD by Baidu in 2014; obtained Round-B investment of 200 million RMB by Golden Brick Capital Management Limited, HOI TUNG CO., LTD, Guangdong Southern Media Convergence Fund, and Baidu in 2016; and obtained Round-B+ investment of 200 million RMB by Cash Capital in 2017. Through only several years of development, SmartStudy has already become the innovator and pragmatic leader in the field of Internet education.
