Alliances is a private company based in the Toronto area since 1990.  We have extensive experience in management consulting and training in ICT-related areas with Fortune 500 companies in Toronto.  As a Supplier Member to the Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation - Programme for Development & Training (www.cto.int), we won contracts with Communications Service Providers and their regulators in Sub Saharan Africa, Asia-Pacific, and Caribbean (2004-2012).  After providing educational support for Carnegie Mellon University Africa in Kigali, Rwanda (2013-2017) in the Master of Science - Information Technology program, we have partnered with Vertex Academy in Hyderabad, India  (www.vertexgoc.com) to bring qualified foreign students to colleges in the Toronto area.
