Being the equal partner of the well-known and reputable agency “TME Education Abroad” Mrs Iryna Moskalenko made a thoughtful and balanced decision to launch the new company with an eye of providing a more reliable service to the former and newly acquired customers as well as developing a more dynamic and flexible business model. Having retained the key team members “We Change” is proud to be able to maintain the same quality of customer service making sure that the current families we work with will receive the same amount of every day support and rely on the further “word-of-mouth” referrals that have been the main tool of attracting customers for a successful over-decade-period.Having built up an extensive and truly effective experience of career and education pathway guidance for the teenagers and young people, “We Change” can boast the reputation of the agency with the most in depth and detailed approach to career counselling in the region and the broad selection of tools to support the students’ needs and encourage the personal growth and professional development.
