Provide integral advisory to potential students in Colombia with the purpose of studying language and postgraduate programs abroad. We work together with students and educational institutions to plan the best travel experience, from the selection of the program and destination to the completion of the academic curriculums. • General Counseling: provide general advising to potential students about the educational offering and destinations; we deliver general counseling via virtual conferences and student fairs • One to One Counseling: Personalized guidance to potential students who seek a deeper understanding of the educational offering, destinations, and specific requirements • Student Registration: once the students have decided on the destination and program, we work together to gather all the required documentation for the educational institutions and governmental agencies • Travel Preparation: Helping students to schedule flight tickets, accommodation, transportation in the place of study, health insurances, and prepare monthly budget • Travel Assistance: We maintain a line of communication with international students during the course of their studies; this support includes but not limited to: study program cancelations/holds, conflict resolution, and any other concerns the students might have during their travel
