Chengdu Huaying Consulting and Service Co., Ltd., founded in 1992, is an accredited consultancy for overseas study and migration approved by China Ministry of Education and Ministry of Public Security. Nowadays our company has developed itself into a leading enterprise of its kind in Southwest China. 

In 2002, our company and Chengdu Shude High School jointly set up the Chengdu Shude International Department of Shude High School. In 2012, Shude International department received official authorization from the IBO, which made it the first publicly-funded IB school in Southwest China. In addition to that, our successful experience in the VCE program would be a guarantee for our IB students to be successful as well. This year there are about 500 students studying in our international department. Until now there is a total 2135 graduates from Shude International Department who moved on to the most prestigious higher-learning institutions around the world.
