Biltur, founded in 1980, offers study abroad programmes in the United States and Europe. Over the past 30 years these programmes have helped more than 20 000 students develop language and communication skills. Our founder, the late Ismet Bilgen, was honoured with Chevalier dans l'Ordre des Palmes Académiques by the French Government for outstanding contributions to language education. Our counselling agents provide detailed information about our programmes and services. Biltur is designed to assist and support our students from the time they apply to the time they return from their studies abroad. Our services include: summer schools, adult linguistic programmes: English, French, German, Italian and Spanish, boarding schools for year-round study in Switzerland, England, France and the United States, foreign language courses for businessmen, college admissions counselling, flight tickets and travel insurance.
